Isle of Mull Traditional Farmhouse Cheese

Made on our family farm, our cheese is the last remaining traditional farmhouse cheese from the Hebridean Isles, produced using traditional methods with unpasteurized milk from our own hardy, healthy island dairy cows. Each cheese weights approximately 25 kg and is wrapped in muslin cloth and matured in our own cheese cellars for around 12 - 18 months. A hearty, full-flavoured Scottish Cheddar, Isle of Mull has flavours that are upfront, richly savoury and boozy. Prices are per kilo.
