Our monkfish fillets are available fresh or frozen and are skinless and boneless so minimum prep is required! This white meaty fish is firm and versatile – ideal for frying, grilling, baking or slicing and cutting into smaller strips. It is mild in flavour – ideal for those who don’t enjoy ‘fishy’ flavours. Lovely, fresh monkfish. The best we’ve ever had. It held together well during cooking and tasted delicious. Good sized fillets and no bones, skin etc so you can eat everything you’ve paid for with no wastage.
