Wild Fig was established in 2011 bringing the creative skills of husband and wife team Nicola and renowned Scottish chef Justin Maule together, founding a business that delivers a bespoke, high quality catering and events service that was personal, that used the very best in locally sourced ingredients where possible with no compromise on flavour. In 2015 Wild Fig moved into new markets with their range of produce - handmade, artisanal with a key focus on getting a beautiful balance of flavours from the kitchen to the table. From the ingredients they use, the wonderfully unique Glengoyne cask strength whisky, produced in a distillery that coaxes spirit through the slowest whisky stills in Scotland to the time and experience that they invest in every jar. Expertly produced in small batches, Wild Fig’s range of products contain only simple natural ingredients offering a sophisticated edge to your morning toast, your favourite dessert or your cheeseboard.
